Answer calls, book jobs and keep our technicians routed efficiently. We are looking for someone calm, organized and friendly on the phone — bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and qualify locksmith service requests.
- Schedule jobs and route technicians for the fastest response times.
- Keep customers updated on technician ETAs and job status.
- Maintain accurate job records and follow up after service.
- Support the field crew so no tech is left guessing.
Requirements
- Strong phone presence — calm, clear and friendly under pressure.
- Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable with scheduling software.
- Available for some evening and weekend shifts.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
